Our members trust us to assist with improving their financial position as we help them grow in confidence with banking. Whether they’re accessing $50 or $500 it’s all about that satisfaction from the customer. Often, it’s not just monetary help we offer. It might be an hour on the phone, talking to a member about how to use internet banking. They will thank us for our patience and taking the time to do that for them but as I always say, it’s no bother – patience is free!
